As an agency under the Freedom of Information Act 1989, the Judicial Commission is required to publish particular information and to determine requests for access to, or amendment of, information that it holds.

Requests for access to documents should be in writing and accompanied by a $30.00 application fee. The application should also provide sufficient information to enable the correct document(s) to be identified.
