Common offences in the NSW Local Court: 2007

This study reports on the 20 most common offences proven in the Local
Court of NSW in 2007, provides a descriptive analysis of how the
various sentencing options were used to deal with each offence, and
compares the results to findings from previous studies for 2002 and
1992.
