We are committed to ensuring that our people maintain and improve their skills and knowledge. The Commission will continue to value its staff and investigate opportunities to refresh inter-office communication. The development of further strategies to assess and understand where our productivity can be improved. Valued staff diversity: Our workplace is culturally and linguistically diverse, meeting NSW Government benchmarks: see p 70. Engaged staff: A low 6.8% staff turnover, reducing our risk of losing highly-skilled, experienced and professional people: see p 72. Highly skilled and well-trained staff: 50% of staff furthered their professional training, adding to the Commission’s knowledge and skills base: see p 72. Valued staff safety: Our workplace was safe with no worker’s compensation claims and no work, health and safety prosecutions: see p 74.
