Judicial Officers’ Bulletin

The Judicial Officers’ Bulletin informs judicial officers of current law and promotes consideration of a range of judicial issues. It aims to publish a balanced mix of practical and topical articles. Topics include judicial administration, forensic evidence and social context issues. Concise, timely summaries of major decisions of the High Court and NSW superior courts publish monthly. An annual subscription includes 11 issues, an annual table of cases/statutes and a comprehensive subject index, plus a bi-annual binder for storage.

The Judicial Review

The Judicial Review contains selected conference papers from the Judicial Commission’s education program, as well as from judicial education seminars delivered further afield. Articles are published on the basis of their practical usefulness and relevance to a judicial readership. The Judicial Review is a valuable source of technical and social context material. An annual subscription comprises two issues.
