Exclusion order
The NSW Independent Casino Commission (NICC), a casino operator or the person in charge of the casino may, by order in writing (an “exclusion order”) given to a person, prohibit the person from entering or remaining in a casino: s 79(1). A person must be given an exclusion order upon their voluntary application and specific provisions apply to these applications: s 79(3).
