Position overview

This role is responsible for writing, editing and producing a wide range of educational and informative publications primarily for judicial officers in NSW.

A rewarding opportunity awaits for someone with substantial experience as a legal editor, including strong writing, legal research and verification skills and proven experience with digital publishing tools.

This role is to cover parental leave for a period of 10 months. We are open to full time or part time working arrangement (3 or 4 days per week).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • tertiary qualifications in law
  • high level of knowledge and experience in digital editing and publishing
  • superior written and oral communication skills with proven ability to update loose leaf services
  • demonstrated ability to read and understand legislation and case law.

Remuneration package from $110,226–$122,058, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
